Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VibeCodingHelp (vibecodinghelp.ai), a service operated by Bacancy Technology ("we," "us," "our"). By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

VibeCodingHelp provides professional IT support for vibe-coded applications, including bug fixing, security hardening, performance optimization, scalability engineering, code refactoring, and deployment support.

• Wallet credits — you fund your wallet with credits (minimum $500 per top-up) via Stripe.
• Hourly rate — engineering work is billed at $25/hour and deducted from your wallet balance.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.
• Provide access to repositories containing malicious code intended to harm others.
• Misrepresent your identity or the ownership of code you submit for support.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without written consent.

4. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Wallet credits are purchased as one-time payments. Hours worked are deducted from your wallet balance.
• Wallet credits do not expire. Refunds for unused credits may be requested within 30 days of purchase.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your code and any intellectual property you provide to us. Any work product we create in the course of providing the service (bug fixes, optimizations, new code) becomes your property once delivered. We do not claim ownership of your code or the modifications we make to it.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all code, credentials, and business information you share with us as confidential. Our engineers sign non-disclosure agreements and follow strict security protocols. We will not share your information with third parties except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bacancy Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that our work will be error-free or that it will meet all of your requirements.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, we will deliver any outstanding work product and cease accessing your repositories.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
